Is UPN format used as the authentication method for connecting to the network folder specified as the save destination?
Authenticating using UPN format is not supported. Use another authentication method or server for the network folder specified as the save destination.

Are you using lowercase multi-byte characters for the user name used to connect to the network folder specified as the save destination?
An error may occur when lowercase multi-byte characters are used for the user name.
The problem may be solved by using uppercase multi-byte characters.

Check the following:

Are you using NAS or a network storage that is only compatible with SMB 1.0/CIFS?
When using NAS or a network storage that is only compatible with SMB 1.0/CIFS, enable SMB 1.0/CIFS on the ScanSnap.
However, it is recommended that SMB 1.0/CIFS is disabled due to a serious security vulnerability. Use SMB 1.0/CIFS at your own risk.

Is the environment of the destination network folder supported by ScanSnap Home?
Check whether the environment of the network folder specified as a save destination is supported by ScanSnap Home.

Is the user account for connecting to the network folder specified as the save destination locked?
If your account is locked, access to the save destination will fail because the network credentials cannot be authenticated.
Unlock your account before adding or updating a profile.
