Check the following:

Is the ScanSnap connected to the network?
Check the following:

Are there no problems with the status and settings of your network environment?

Is the wireless access point turned on?
After checking the above, close the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn off the ScanSnap, open the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn it back on, then check if the problem is solved.

Are the server specified as the save destination and the ScanSnap connected to the same wireless access point?
The server specified as the save destination and the ScanSnap must be connected to the same wireless access point.
If the ScanSnap is connected to a different wireless access point from that of the server, change the wireless access point that the ScanSnap is connected to.

Is the file-sharing service (SMB) for the server specified as the save destination enabled?
If the file-sharing service (SMB) is disabled, enable it.

Is the user account for connecting to the network folder specified as the save destination locked?
If your account is locked, unlock it.

Does the server specified as the save destination have enough free disk space?

Has the correct server been specified as the save destination?

Is the server specified as the save destination turned on?

Are there any abnormalities in the network status of the save destination?
If necessary, re-specify the network folder of the save destination by the following procedure:

Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.
-
Click the [Edit profiles] button to display the [Edit profiles] window.

Click the [Browse] button for [Save to] under [Managing options], then specify the network folder where scanned images are to be saved.

Click the [Save] button.
If the [Enter the network credentials] window appears, set the user name, password, and domain for connecting to the network folder.
TIP-
When the IP address of the save destination server is automatically obtained from a DHCP server, changing the settings to use a fixed IP address for the destination server will reduce problems related to server connections.

If necessary, re-specify the network folder of the save destination by the following procedure:

Make sure that there are no errors in the network status of the save destination, then try again.
