Is the ScanSnap turned on even after the feed guide is closed?
Press the [Scan/Stop] and WPS buttons simultaneously with the feed guide closed. The ScanSnap is forced to turn off.

As of April 9, 2026, you must update to the latest firmware to use ScanSnap Cloud.
Note: For the iX1600/iX1500, you cannot update the firmware using the touch panel. Update the firmware using ScanSnap Home.
