[Windows/macOS] [File format] does not appear in the scan settings on the touch panel

Did you set [File format] in the scan settings on your computer to Word/Excel/PowerPoint format?

If [File format] in the scan settings on your computer is set to [Word (*.docx)], [Excel (*.xlsx)], or [PowerPoint (*.pptx)], [File format] does not appear on the touch panel.

Change the [File format] setting in the following procedure.

1. Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

   • To display the scan window

2. Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.

3. Click the [Edit profiles] button to display the [Edit profiles] window.

4. Change the [File format] setting in [Scan settings].
