Is the ScanSnap in sleep mode?
When the ScanSnap is on and has not been used for 10 minutes, it enters sleep mode (standby mode).
Press the touch panel of the ScanSnap to wake it up from sleep.
Is ScanSnap Home up to date?
Update ScanSnap Home to the latest.
If the problem still persists, ask your ScanSnap administrator.
The ScanSnap administrator should check the following:
Is ScanSnap Go enabled on the ScanSnap touch panel?
ScanSnap Go must be enabled on the ScanSnap touch panel.

Is the latest firmware applied to the ScanSnap?
Update the firmware of the ScanSnap to the latest version.
