Have you authenticated the connection to the ScanSnap Cloud server?
If profiles linked with a cloud service using ScanSnap Cloud are not displayed on the touch panel, you may not have authenticated the connection to the ScanSnap Cloud server.
Authenticate the connection to the ScanSnap Cloud server by the following procedure:

Connect the ScanSnap to the wireless access point to which your computer is connected.

Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.

Click the orange exclamation mark
displayed on the [Scan] button, and follow the instructions on the displayed window to authenticate the connection to the ScanSnap Cloud server.
