[Windows/macOS] Vertical streaks appear in the image

Are the rollers or glass inside the ScanSnap dirty?

Clean the inside of the ScanSnap.

Is there any foreign matter inside the ScanSnap?

Perform the following:

1. Remove the document from the feed guide.

2. Open the top cover and the output guide .

   

3. Clear any foreign matter from the inside of the ScanSnap.

4. Close the top cover and the output guide .

   Close the top cover until it locks in place.

   
   ATTENTION

   • Make sure that the top cover is completely closed.

     Otherwise, paper jams or other feeding errors, or image faults may occur.
