Is the ScanSnap Go icon displayed on the ScanSnap touch panel?
Check whether the ScanSnap Go icon is displayed on the ScanSnap touch panel.
If you do not see the ScanSnap Go icon, ScanSnap Go needs to be enabled. Ask your ScanSnap administrator.
The ScanSnap administrator should refer to ScanSnap Help to enable ScanSnap Go.
Are Bluetooth and Location turned off on the mobile device that will be connected to the ScanSnap?
On the settings screen of your mobile device, select [ScanSnap Home] from the app settings and change the following settings.
