Check the security protocol of your network
If the security protocol is one of the following, you cannot connect to a wireless access point using Bluetooth.

WPA2-Enterprise

WPA3-Enterprise
-
WPA3-Enterprise (192-bit mode)

Is the ScanSnap being used by another computer or mobile device?
Connect the ScanSnap after you finish using it with another computer or mobile device.
Are the Bluetooth and location settings turned off on the computer that is connected to the ScanSnap?
Change the following settings on the computer' settings window:

Turn on Bluetooth

Turn on location services
Is the frequency band for the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) to which the computer is connected 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz?
The frequency bands for Wi-Fi supported by ScanSnap are 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz.
However, 5 GHz Wi-Fi may not be available depending on the area where ScanSnap is used.
To configure Wi-Fi settings between the ScanSnap and the computer using Bluetooth, set the network name (SSID) on the computer that operates on a frequency band supported by the ScanSnap.

When you are in a region where Wi-Fi networks other than 2.4 GHz are available, do not select [Automatic] for the frequency in order to connect the ScanSnap. Select [2.4GHz] or [5GHz] depending on where you use the ScanSnap.
