If there were any errors in the network connection while scanning a document, image files may not be created properly.
Delete the saved files, then try scanning again.

As of April 9, 2026, you must update to the latest firmware to use ScanSnap Cloud.
Note: For the iX1600/iX1500, you cannot update the firmware using the touch panel. Update the firmware using ScanSnap Home.
