"20XX" indicates the version number.
If the installation fails, download the installer for Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX Redistributable from the official Microsoft website and run the installer to install it, and then install ScanSnap Home again.
If "Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX Redistributable" is already installed on your computer, uninstall it and then install it again.
