Did you place several small documents (such as photos, postcards, or small pieces of paper) in the (Carrier) Sheet to be scanned?
Place one sheet at a time in the (Carrier) Sheet to scan.
Is the fold line of the document outside the range of the Carrier Sheet?
Fold a document larger than A4/Letter size, such as an A3 or B4 document, in half and scan it in the Carrier Sheet so that you can save the front and back images as a double-page spread image.
If the fold line of the document is outside the range of the Carrier Sheet, part of the image may appear missing around the fold line.
Place the document so that the fold line of the document is placed about 1 mm inside from the edge of the Carrier Sheet.
