Did you set a network folder for a data storage folder?
If you want to set a network folder for a data storage folder that you specify when performing the installation, you need to make the network folder accessible in advance.
Establish a connection with the network folder from your computer just once in order to make the network folder accessible, and then perform the installation again.

If you set a network folder for a data storage folder, you need to establish a connection with the network folder to make it accessible before starting up ScanSnap Home every time.
Did you select the drive itself for a data storage folder?
The data storage folder which you select when you install ScanSnap Home must not be the drive itself.
Create a folder in the drive, and then select the folder as the data storage folder.
