Did you change the file name in the cloud service?
If you change the title in ScanSnap Home, the file name of a scanned image that is saved in the cloud service is also changed.
However, if the file name is already changed in the cloud service, the title cannot be changed in ScanSnap Home.
Check the file name in the cloud service and, if necessary, change the file name not in ScanSnap Home but in the cloud service.
Did you change the folder name in the cloud service, or did you move the file to another folder?
If you change the folder in which you save a scanned image in the cloud service, you need to change [Save to] for the cloud service in the [Edit profiles] window of ScanSnap Home.

Change [Save to] for the cloud service and then change the title again.
Has the cloud service account expired?
Check the expiration date for the cloud service account.
Check that you can log in to the cloud service with an application supported by the cloud service that you use or a Web browser, and then change the title again.
Did you change the cloud service account?
If you change the cloud service account, you need to set the cloud service over again in the [Edit profiles] window of ScanSnap Home. When doing so, log in to the cloud service with the changed account.
