Is the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap turned off?
Turn on the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap.
Is the ScanSnap already connected to the wireless access point?
If the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue, connect the mobile device to the same network to which the ScanSnap is connected, and start the setup again.
Is the ScanSnap being used by another computer or mobile device?
Connect the ScanSnap after you finish using it with another computer or mobile device.
Have the SSID and security key for the ScanSnap been changed?
Start ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer, and check the current SSID and security key in [Direct connection setting].
