Is the [Scan to Cloud] profile displayed in the profile list in the scan window?
Only one profile per ScanSnap account can be created by using the [Scan to Cloud] profile.
If the [Scan to Cloud] profile has already been added to the profile list in the scan window, the [Scan to Cloud] profile in the template list is disabled.
The [Scan to Cloud] profile is displayed when you click in the scan window.

You can check the profile in the profile list in the [Edit profiles] window that is displayed when you click the [Edit profiles] button in the scan window.
Edit and use the profile created using [Scan to Cloud].
