Update the firmware of the ScanSnap to the latest version.

You may not be able to update the firmware using the ScanSnap touch panel.
Is connection to the Internet established via a proxy server?
If connection to the Internet is established via a proxy server, enter the proxy server information.
Check the proxy server information in the mobile device's Wi-Fi settings.
Note that you must also configure the proxy settings on the ScanSnap.
