Is the e-mail address for the destination correct?
If you click the [Sending status] button, you can check the e-mail address that the data could not be sent to.
If necessary, modify the e-mail address in the following procedure, and then perform a scan again.

Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.

Click the [Edit profiles] button to display the [Edit profiles] window.

Click the [Email setting] button for [Cloud Service] to display the [Email setting] window.

Modify the e-mail address that is set in [To].

If this error is displayed even though the e-mail address is correct, the e-mail address may be registered as an email address that cannot be delivered by an email delivery service.
To clear this error, refer to [Windows/macOS] Inquiries regarding problems with ScanSnap Home and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased our scanners.
