Left-click the ScanSnap Home icon in the notification area on the taskbar.
macOS
Click the ScanSnap Home icon on the menu bar → [Open scan window].
[Important Notice]
As of April 9, 2026, you must update to the latest firmware to use ScanSnap Cloud.
Note: For the iX1600/iX1500, you cannot update the firmware using the touch panel. Update the firmware using ScanSnap Home.
