[iOS/Android] Error code list (All cloud services)

The folder in the cloud service has been deleted or renamed.

Re-specify a folder in the cloud service in which scanned images are to be saved and tap the [Save again] button on the Preview screen in the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Tap [Destination].

   If [Destination] is not displayed, tap [Destination] in the screen that appears when you tap a document type or [All] in [Scan settings].

5. Re-specify the folder for a cloud service to be used.

The cloud service is not specified.

Re-specify a cloud service in which scanned images are to be saved and tap the [Save again] button on the Preview screen in the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Tap [Destination].

5. Re-specify a cloud service to be used.

The file to be renamed has been deleted.

Scan the document again.

The cloud service is not authenticated or authorized.

Re-specify a cloud service in which scanned images are to be saved in the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Tap [Destination].

   If [Destination] is not displayed, tap [Destination] in the screen that appears when you tap a document type or [All] in [Scan settings].

5. Re-specify a cloud service to be used.

The issue may be caused by the following:

• Connection to the cloud service failed.

• Communication with the cloud service was disconnected.

• A connection timeout occurred.

Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

The maximum size of a file has been exceeded.

If the documents consist of many sheets, scan them in multiple batches.

Uploading of a file other than PDF was attempted.

Change the file format of images to be saved to PDF by the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Tap at the top of the screen.

   TIP

   • If is not displayed, tap in the screen that appears when you tap a document type or [All] in [Scan settings].

5. Change the file format to [PDF].

Failed to upload a scanned image in the cloud service.

Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

There is a problem with the service provider (server).

Wait for a while and try again.

Uploading of a file other than JPEG was attempted.

Change the file format of images to be saved to JPEG by the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Tap at the top of the screen.

   TIP

   • If is not displayed, tap in the screen that appears when you tap a document type or [All] in [Scan settings].

5. Change the file format to [JPEG].

The storage capacity of the cloud service has been exceeded.

Expand the storage capacity of the cloud service, or delete unwanted files to secure sufficient free space, and then try again.
