Are the documents placed apart from each other?
Place the documents apart from each other, and then try scanning again. It is recommended to leave 10 mm or more space between documents.

Note: For the iX1600/iX1500, you cannot update the firmware using the touch panel. Update the firmware using ScanSnap Home.
