[iOS/Android] The "Failed to send to [ScanSnap Mail]" (B11Fg103/B11Fg110) error is displayed

Has the size of the image to be sent via an e-mail exceeded the maximum size?

The size of the image to be sent via an e-mail needs to be reduced.

Perform one of the following:

• Divide the documents into a few batches and then perform a scan multiple times.

• Change the scan settings to reduce the file size for scanned images, and then scan again.

You can change the scan settings in the following procedure:

1. Tap at the top of the screen on the Scan screen of ScanSnap Home.

2. When there are multiple batches of scan settings, tap / to display the scan settings you are using.

   

3. Tap [Detailed settings].

4. Change the scan settings as follows:

   • Tap [Image quality] and set the image quality lower

   • Tap [File size] and set the compression rate higher

   TIP

   • If [Image quality] and [File size] are not displayed, change [Image quality] or [File size] on the screen that appears when you tap a document type or [All] in [Scan settings].
