[Windows/macOS] The content data record cannot be found with a specified tag

Did you specify proper tags for the content data record?

Check whether you specified proper tags for the content data record in the following procedure.

1. Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

   • To display the scan window

2. Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click at the top of the scan window to display the main window.

3. In the content data record list view, select a content data record that you want to check the tags for.

4. Click [Tags] in the content data record view.

5. Check the specified tags.
