Tap [Destination].

The ScanSnap Cloud service cannot access the cloud service by creating an account only, and the setup of the cloud service fails.
- Solution
Log in to the cloud service first on an application supported by the cloud service or a web browser.

The number of files that were to be stored in one album exceeded the maximum number, which is 2000, or the total size of files exceeded the storage capacity of the cloud service.
- Solution
Delete unwanted files in the cloud service to secure sufficient free space, and then try again.
