A push notification is sent to your mobile device from the ScanSnap Cloud service when a scan is finished and when an error occurs during a scan.
If you do not receive a push notification, check the following:
Is your mobile device set not to receive or display a notification?
Change the computer settings to receive or display a notification.
For details, refer to the manual of the mobile device.
[iOS] Is ScanSnap Home displayed on top of the screen?
A push notification is not displayed when ScanSnap Home is displayed on top of the mobile device screen.
To check the scan status and save status of scanned images, tap the [Data] icon at the bottom of the ScanSnap Home screen to display the Scanned data screen, then tap
at the top of the screen.
Is the security level high in the network that you are on, such as an network for an office?
Contact the network administrator.
Is there any problem with the communication status?

This push notification feature uses a system provided by Apple Inc. However, this system does not guarantee that your mobile device will always receive a push notification. You may not receive a notification depending on the environment, such as when the environment affects the communication status.
Use it in an environment where the communication status is good.
Android
This push notification feature uses a system provided by Google Inc. However, this system does not guarantee that your mobile device will always receive a push notification. You may not receive a notification depending on the environment, such as when the environment affects the communication status.
