If the ScanSnap cannot establish a connection, refer to the following:
An error message is displayed during the firmware update
If the message "Could not obtain the firmware information." is displayed on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, you cannot update the firmware from the touch panel.
Update the firmware to the latest version using ScanSnap Home.

The ScanSnap cannot be connected to a computer or mobile device
- When using a Wi-Fi connection
